The colllage images on the next page were done as an experiment dealing with
composition, pattern, and texture. They are made from vintage nudes that I altered
with a controlled yet severe half-tone pattern to enhance the "found" or "pulp fiction"
characteristics. They are produced using cut paper and found objects glued to illustration
board, foamcore, cardboard, or wood. They are not digital images.
The images were done with a sense of humor and play, with the end result intended
as an exercise of exploration and discovery.
